Account

How to create an account?

You can create your antica cuoieria account in three easy steps:
1. Click on the “person” icon on the top right of the navigation menu;
2. Fill in the “registration” form with the required data and press registration;
3. Check your registration email in your inbox;

How can I access the site if I already have an account?

To access your account, click on the person icon at the top right of the navigation menu, fill in the “sign in” form with your username or e-mail address and the password you chose during the creation phase, then click log in.

I have not received my registration confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received the confirmation of registration email, you may have entered the e-mail address incorrectly and we have therefore not been able to deliver the confirmation email to your e-mail address.

I can’t access my account, what can I do?

If you are unable to log in to your account after registering, follow the instructions below:
1. Check that the email address or username and password you are using are the same as those you chose during registration.
2. If you have forgotten your account password, click on the “Lost password?” link on the “My Account” page, enter your username or e-mail address you chose during the creation process and press reset the password. We will send you an email immediately to create a new one.
3. If you still cannot access your account, please contact our customer service.

Shop Online

How can I buy a product?

To buy an antica cuoieria product, follow the instructions below:
1. Select the desired product in our online shop to access the “product sheet”;
2. Once all the product information has been displayed in the product sheet, click on the “buy” button to add the product to the “cart”;
3. To complete the order access the “cart” by clicking on the “view cart” button inside the product sheet or by clicking on the “cart icon” at the top of the navigation menu;
4. Once you have viewed the shopping cart page, click the “complete order” button, enter the “billing details”, choose the “payment method” you want and click the “place order” button;
5. When the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email to your email address.

How can I find the product I want?

Our products are included and catalogued in our online store. To view the products click on Woman or Man in the navigation menu or in the related links on the site or find your product from a filter search in the relevant sections

Is it necessary to keep the order number?

Customers must keep their order number in order to use it when communicating with customer service.
The order number is included in the e-mail that shows the purchase summary message which also shows the date and time of the order.

Payments

What are the payment methods for buying a product?

The payment methods by which you can buy our products in the online store are:
1. Credit or debit cards;
2. Paypal circuit;
3. Klarna circuit;
4. Bank transfer;
5. Cash on delivery (for orders less than 1.000 €)

Is the price of the products already inclusive of VAT?

The price of each product includes VAT

Are payments within the site encrypted and secure?

All payments made on our website are encrypted and secure. Your browser will signal you this protection via the closed padlock icon in the status bar.

Shipments

How are the products shipped?

Shipments of our products are made by “TNT” or “GHL” courier throughout the Italian peninsula, including islands. The product will be delivered directly to the person who placed the order or to a delegated person

What are the shipping costs?

The standard rate for shipping in Italy is 7€. Shipping will be free for orders over 90€. For cash on delivery payments the shipment will have an additional cost of 4€. Shipping costs are not included in the final price of the product, which is shown on the product sheet.
The standard rate for shipping out of Italy is 14€.
The countries outside italy where Antica Cuoieria ships are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Shipping costs are not included in the final price of the product, which is shown on the product sheet.

What are the delivery times?

For Italy the delivery time varies from 1 to 2 working days from the moment the courier took delivery of the package. The terms are intended as an indication, any delays due to the freight forwarder in charge or third parties are not attributable to us.
The delivery takes place on weekdays, from 8.00AM to 7.00PM.

In which country are your products shipped?

Our products are shipped throughout italy, including the islands and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Is it possible to pick up the goods directly from the Antica Cuoieria warehouse?

Antica Cuoieria is an e-commerce and as such sells exclusively through the internet and does not make retail sales in its warehouse. If you want to buy in a real store, you can contact your local dealer or find one of our stores

If the person who placed the order is not present when the package is delivered?

If, at the time of delivery at the specified address, no one is present to receive the order and sign the receipt, the courier will leave a notice and/or contact the customer to schedule a new delivery.

Can I request a shipment to an address other than my account?

You can request the shipment of the goods to an address other than yours, indicating it on the shopping cart page. In this field it is possible to enter the data for the delivery of the order, which may be different from the customer’s data in case of shipment to another person or another address, otherwise it is sufficient to specify it in the notes field if it is a delivery to a workplace, specifying the name written on the doorbell or another information.

Returns and refunds

How does the return procedure work?

Antica Cuoieria wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction and tranquility in the purchasing process to its customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal free of charge within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. You can request a size change or a refund. The choice cannot be changed later.

How can i make the return process?

To make a return, complete the following contact form

Once you have completed the contact form, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions.

How can I ship the returned product?

Delivery to the carrier must occur within 14 days from the authorization email reception date. We recommend the use of a traceable service (such as registered package, express package 3 of the italian post service or express courier service) as the customer is responsible for the delivery.

What are the conditions for returning goods?

The return will only be accepted if the garment is in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore,
the returned product must necessarily be sent back under the following conditions:

1. It must not have been used or modified;
2. It must show no signs of wear, scratches or abrasion;
3. Be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all their parts (packaging included, potential
documentation);
4. Under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be applied directly to the original product packaging.

Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender. 

What is the refund procedure?

After we have received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email to confirm your acceptance of the return and the refund or shipment of the replacement item. The refund will be made by bank transfer directly to the account with which the payment was made or by reversal of payment if the PayPal or Debit or Credit card system was used within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
