Returns and Refunds
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and the package can be sent through a courier of their choice or postal services. Delivery to the carrier must occur within 14 days from the authorization email reception date. We recommend using a traceable service (such as registered package, express package 3 of the italian post service or express courier service) as the customer is responsible for the delivery. We reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the specified period. SIZE CHANGE CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED ONCE. IF THE PRODUCT IS STILL NOT WORKING WELL THE CUSTOMER CAN ONLY REQUEST A RETURN AND A REFUND.
The return address is the following: CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI SOLDINI SPA – VIA VITTORIO VENETO, 32 52010 CAPOLONA (AR).
The return will only be accepted if the garment is in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore, the returned product must necessarily be sent back under the following conditions:
1. It must not have been used or modified;
2. It must show no signs of wear, scratches or abrasion;
3. Be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all their parts (packaging included, potential documentation);
4. Under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be applied directly to the original product packaging.
Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender. Antica Cuoieria is not responsible for damages, theft or loss of uninsured returned goods.
After receiving and confirming that all requirements are met, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return and the details of the refund or shipment of the replacement item. The refund will be made via bank transfer directly to the account used for payment or through PayPal or debit/credit card reversal within 30 working days from the return reception date.
The refund will be equal to the sum of the returned items, EXCLUDED shipping costs. The right of withdrawal is totally canceled, due to the lack of the prerequisite of the completeness of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in all those cases where Antica Cuoieria checks:
– Lack of original internal and/or external packaging;
– Missing accessory components (accessories, parts, etc.);
– That the product is damaged for causes other than its transport;
– Damage due to usage.
Damaged Product
For damaged products, return shipping costs are covered by Antica Cuoieria. In case of a damaged product received, you need to inform customer service within 8 days, attaching 4 detailed images to support@anticacuoieria.it. After verifying the damage, customer service will arrange merchandise pickup and send a replacement or refund the full cost (including shipping) within 14 days of the pickup request.

If a customer returns a product at their expense, and it gets damaged during transit by the courier, the Antica Cuoieria warehouse will inform the customer promptly to file a claim and obtain a refund, including return shipping costs. It’s recommended to insure the package to reduce the risk of damages and to receive a refund.
To make a return, complete the following Return Form within 14 days of delivery of the product.
